Finally a post!

I might have turned into the worst blogger. We are all a year older. A little wiser and a little chubbier! Alexis just started 2nd grade and is in Mrs. Beard's class again since they loop. Megan will start her first day of preschool of Tuesday with Mrs.Cook (she is in our ward and has a fabulous program.) Britt is working for Selland Auto Transport after 2 years of craziness. Alaska, long haul, and leasing a truck out of Portland. Britt and I just went on a great trip to Key Largo, Florida with Keven and Shiree Pine. We went snorkeling and saw sharks, turtles, tropical fish, and the Christ of the Deep. The water was clear and about 85. It was awesome. Our next trip that we are saving for is Disney Land with the Pine's (I think the Schaubs too!) We have chickens! 6 girls and a pretty sweet coop that we built. There is something great about having a garden and chickens, we feel like we are providing for ourselves! I am still Primary President, still!

A quick update

I didn't realize it had been so long since I updated this blog. I have bunches of pictures but they are mostly on my phone. We are good. I have started to work a little, a few hours every day. The neighbor girl comes over for 2 hours before school and then a little 1 year old comes in the afternoon for a few hours. It has given us a little bit of play money and helped out a few tight months. I am grateful for it. Alexis is doing really well in 1st grade. She had her art work chosen to be displayed at another school and got a certificate. She is so proud of that! Megan is turning out to be a serious climber and can scale the kitchen cabinets with ease. She loves to dress herself and usually ends up with her clothes on backwards or inside out. Britt bought a car hauler so we are in business for ourselves. It is frightening but a good change. He is home everyday and every Sunday.
